What you receive
- A relocation task plan with dependencies and the decisions that must happen first.
- For separately agreed field work, a visit checklist and factual observation notes within the permitted access and scope.
- A written list of unresolved checks and follow-up contacts; observations do not certify a property or provider.
What to prepare
- Destination, approximate move dates, preferred areas and the practical tasks you need help with.
- Property or appointment links, permission for any visit and the relevant non-sensitive contact information.
- Household access needs, transport constraints and a budget range for the proposed work.
Scope and limitations
- No guaranteed local coverage, staff availability, security escort, evacuation or emergency dispatch.
- No property title certification, provider endorsement or authority to sign agreements for you.
- Equipment, installation, permits, travel, emergency response and third-party professional fees are excluded. Any additional work needs a separate written scope and quote.
